Lids with glue be automatically feed into the tube of oasthouse by conveyer belt, this way keep conveying speed and temperature be complementary, the guarrantee better stoving and vulcanizing, after this procedure, the lids be conveyed to cooling tube to cool rapidly. In order to make hot lids can quickly cooled down, there is a cooling tunnel at the end of the machine, the air cooling is made by a # 6 ventilator machine. In order to reduce the loss of temperature, walls of oasthouse have good insulating layer, and there are 8 doors at the import and export of both ends.when drying, the door is opened by lids moving. If you find the door not flexible ,you can add some lubricating grease on the axle.
